This class is an effective combination of Pilates, Yoga, flexiblity and core strength training. Class includes various styles of Fitness Yoga, Core Strengthening, Sports Stretch, Pilates based exercises that will help you leave the class feeling strong, stretched, and relaxed.

This total body sculpting class involves the use of the step, free weights, and more. This class focuses on toning and strengthening all muscle groups.

Liquid Muscle 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music he grew up with, Beto paired his favorite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba® Fitness (Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun”) was born!

Core Stott Pilates with Nancy on Thursdays uses Stott Pilates Methods and practices. Tammy´s core pilates on Wednesdays uses basic core, pilates, and balance exercises using various methods.
